WLDKAT SKIN ships within the USA. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.  

Shipping Methods & Rates 

Our orders are processed within 72 hours and shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 5-10 business days for standard shipping.  

Shipping Method 

Standard (5-10 business days): Free with $50 purchase otherwise $5 flat shipping fee. 

Expedited (1-3 business days): $10 

Shipping Confirmation 

Upon checkout, we’ll send an email with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email to confirm shipment of your order. It’s heading your way! The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you can check the status of the order whenever you’d like. If you have any questions about your order status, shoot us an email us. 

Edit Shipping Address 

If your order is shipping to the incorrect address, please email info@wldkat.com. 

Returns & Exchanges 

We’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your WLDKAT order. Please email info@wldkat.com with your order number and the items that you would like to return or exchange and we’ll take it from there.  

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. All returns are free, and a label will be provided. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
