WLDKAT is 1?  That’s Wild.

One year ago, as the world went into lockdown, we were trying to launch a brand.

We had the normal challenges of making sure the products were ready for launch, packing out PR kits, creating a functioning website…but we had to it all of this while working 100% remotely and wondering if we would survive leaving our homes.  Each of us on the WLDKAT team were hunkered down in our own worlds and it was only Zoom that kept us connected.  But given our passion and our drive (plus a bit of insanity), we made it happen. On 4/20/20 we launched WLDKAT.  Almost a year later the world is still wild and our passion burns brighter than ever. 

April is our month-long celebration of WLDKAT’s Birthday, of Mother Earth, and of our WLDKAT community, as our community is what keeps us going. Here’s just a few ways we are celebrating…

First, we are inviting each one of you to tell us about someone in your life that you think is WILD.  They might be bold, different, stand out, inclusive, or just super incredible, so let’s celebrate them!  From April 1st-14th, nominate a WLD human by creating a short video telling us why they inspire you. Post your video in-feed, on Reels or on TikTok, follow and tag @WLDKAT_skin, and hashtag #WLDKAT.  On April 20th, we will announce the winner with a $1000 gift card to Credo (for you to share with your WLD person) + the full WLDKAT line-up!

Second, we are continuing our mission to help fight climate change.  For the entire month of April, we are partnering with One Tree Planted, a nonprofit organization focused on global reforestation. For every order placed in April on WLDKAT.com, we’ll donate another tree!
